This 3-layer, 6″ Carrot cake is packed with just the right amount of carrots, toasted pecans, and spice. Iced with our cream cheese icing and rolled in a layer of toasted pecans to finish it off. It almost looks too pretty to eat! Our cakes are made with gluten-free flour, local grass fed and organic eggs, organic milk, and the highest quality vanilla. Serves 12-16.
