This 3-layer, 6″ Carrot cake is packed with just the right amount of carrots, toasted pecans, and spice. Iced with our cream cheese icing and rolled in a layer of toasted pecans to finish it off. It almost looks too pretty to eat! Our cakes are made with unbleached and unbromated flour, local grass fed and organic eggs, organic milk, and the highest quality vanilla. Serves 12-16.
