This 5-layer, 6″ Hummingbird Cake is a fruity spice cake blend of bananas, pineapple, toasted pecans, and cinnamon. Iced with our white chocolate cream cheese icing. Garnished with our toasted pecans on top. We are bringing back a classic and making it more moist and adding more flavor! Our cakes are made with unbleached and unbromated flour, local grass fed and organic eggs, organic milk, and the highest quality vanilla. Serves 12-16.
