This 3-layer, 6″ Italian Cream Cake is a smooth mix of coconut , toasted pecans, and spice. Iced with our cream cheese icing and rolled in a layer of toasted coconut to finish it off. This is our spin on a wonderful classic! Our cakes are made with unbleached and unbromated gluten-free flour, local grass fed and organic eggs, organic milk, and the highest quality vanilla.
