This 3-layer, 6″ Chocolate cake is our take on the classic Black Forest Cake. Rich, chocolate cake is layered with homemade cherry pie filling. It’s then covered with vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream, chards of chocolate bark, then topped with fresh cherries. All cakes are made with unbleached and unbromated flour, local grass fed and organic eggs, organic milk, and the best cocoa and vanilla. Serves 12-16.
